At Faribault Mill, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our mill, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
